产品描述:条件性位置偏爱(Conditioned Place Preference, CPP)实验,是将实验动物(大鼠、小鼠)置于穿梭箱的白色观察区,并给予精神依赖药物,然后观察实验动物在穿梭箱的黑色区和白色区的活动情况,白色区和黑色区之间有小门可供动物自由穿梭。CPP实验是用于评价药物精神依赖的经典实验模型。
本系统采用计算机图象处理的方法,自动识别动物在明暗箱内的运动轨迹,并参考大量的国内外文献,深入分析动物的运动轨迹。能评价多种精神依赖药物的药理作用。
